Steel press plates for your hydraulic press
Two steel slugs to go inside the tube to push out the tube
one for .188" wall tubes
one for .250" wall tubes

You just have to provide your hydraulic shop press and the tubing to go down inside to push the slugs.
Sometimes heat is still needed.
